Farmers
Want to learn about some great farmers in central Ohio? Check out our Farmer showcase page. We generally showcase farmers that practice sustainable agriculture, organic growing methods, and pasture-raising and humane treatment of their animals.

Potluck guidelines
All are encouraged to attend regardless of traditional foods skill level and experience. However, if you're wondering what to bring, we suggest you aim for foods and beverages that are organic, non-GMO, wild, pastured, fermented, cultured, sprouted, soaked, and/or raw. We love bone broth, pastured meats & eggs, soaked grains, healthy fats, and all things cultured. Yum!
Here is a good article to read over for more specifics on the WAPF principles of a healthy diet. The Dietary Guidelines and Dietary Dangers are especially useful sections.

Weston A Price Foundation
For much more information on all things WAPF, visit the foundations website at www.westonaprice.org. They have all kinds of articles, dietary guidelines, conference info, videos, the new Shopping Guide Mobile App, and much more.

Farmers markets
Where can you get great food? A great place to start is your local farmers market. Here are some of the main farmers markets in the Columbus area. Don't forget to also check our farmers page to see who has CSAs as well (community supported agriculture).
Or you can use this nifty search tool courtesy of the Columbus Dispatch.
